Merie Gazelem Cabello, CEO of Gazelem Projects, leveraged her background in business analytics, dental operations, and leadership to create a company that helps dental practices and small businesses grow through hands-on training and strategic practice support. What began as word-of-mouth referrals around the Bay Area has grown into a trusted name for practices seeking smarter systems, stronger teams, and long-term success.

She later partnered with longtime friends and dental industry professionals Chloe Renae Turcotte and Angela Martinez Patoc, both with over a decade of experience working together in dental offices. Their friendship and shared expertise formed the foundation for a powerful business alliance. Together, they trained teams, tested systems in multiple offices, and built strong relationships with practices striving for clarity and growth.

What started with a few office visits and training sessions has evolved into a full-service practice support company.
