Merie Gazelem Cabello

Merie proudly serves in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, where leadership, discipline, and mission-focused thinking have become second nature. With more than 18 years of experience in operations management and dental practice leadership, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight, hands-on expertise, and a passion for helping teams and businesses thrive. Merie earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics from American Military University, strengthening her expertise in data-driven decision-making, business strategy, and operational growth. Her diverse educational background also includes studies in Criminal Justice through Heald College and Air University, as well as Registered Dental Assisting and Dental Procedures at Silicon Valley College. Never one to stop learning, she is currently pursuing studies in Business Law at Texas A&M School of Law to further expand her knowledge of the legal and business frameworks that support entrepreneurs and organizations. Known for her integrity, problem-solving skills, organization, and people-first leadership style, Merie founded Gazelem Projects to help dental practices and small businesses streamline operations, improve performance, and achieve sustainable success. When she's not working, you'll likely find her traveling, exploring the outdoors, discovering local restaurants, or experiencing new cultures—always looking for opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.

Chloe Renae Turcotte

Chief Accounting Officer | Co-Founder

Chloe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, she brings a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and people-focused strategy to every role she takes on.

Known as a strategic thinker and decisive leader, Chloe is driven by accountability, financial integrity, and team development. Her experience spans Dental Management, Accounting, Treatment Coordination, and Business Administration, complemented by her academic background in Sociology, Psychology, and Neuroscience. Her well-rounded perspective allows her to lead effectively in both business operations and team dynamics while helping others grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys shopping, exploring new restaurants, traveling with her dogs, karaoke, true crime, and continuously expanding her knowledge through reading and additional courses.

Angela Martinez Patoc

Executive Director | Co-Founder

Angela is a results-driven visionary with a talent for turning big goals into actionable plans. Her strengths lie in time management, team coordination, and creating systems that lead to consistent success. With experience in both Dental and Medical Management, and formal education in Criminal Justice Administration and Psychology, Angela blends insight and structure to lead teams with clarity, empathy, and ambition.

Merie Gazelem Cabello, CEO of Gazelem Projects, leveraged her background in business analytics, dental operations, and leadership to create a company that helps dental practices and small businesses grow through hands-on training and strategic practice support. What began as word-of-mouth referrals around the Bay Area has grown into a trusted name for practices seeking smarter systems, stronger teams, and long-term success.

She later partnered with longtime friends and dental industry professionals Chloe Renae Turcotte and Angela Martinez Patoc, both with over a decade of experience working together in dental offices. Their friendship and shared expertise formed the foundation for a powerful business alliance. Together, they trained teams, tested systems in multiple offices, and built strong relationships with practices striving for clarity and growth.

What started with a few office visits and training sessions has evolved into a full-service practice support company. At Gazelem Projects, we help businesses and dental offices boost revenue through training and practice support that enhances patient care, strengthens teams, and improves overall performance. We also assist dental offices with billing processes—helping them manage claims more efficiently, reduce stress around collections, and increase revenue without the headaches.
